No. Sleep coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a medical service. We focus specifically on sleep behaviours and environment. If your sleep issues are linked to a mental health condition, we'll recommend you speak with a qualified therapist.
It's a 20-minute video call, completely free. We'll talk about your sleep patterns, what you've already tried, and whether coaching is a good fit. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Sessions are flexible. We accommodate timezone challenges — that's one of the core problems we help with. Evening and late-night slots are available for clients working North American hours.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply fully with GDPR. You can request deletion of your data at any time. We never sell or share personal information with third parties.
